We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, GooglePay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of the order being submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

All pyjamas are true to size so we would recommend choosing the size that you would usually wear in pyjamas / clothing. You can also find our size chart here.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Pyjamily is easy, all you have to do is browse, add to basket and checkout.
A: Sometimes, you'll come across an item (pyjamas in our case!) so fabulous that you have to grab them while we can! A pre-order is a purchase for an item that is not yet in stock, but will be dispatched as soon as they reach our warehouse.
Which pyjamas are available for immediate dispatch?
All items are available for immediate dispatch.
How does pre-order items work?
To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout and you will receive a confirmation immediately. When your pre-order item reaches our Pyjamily HQ from our manufacturer, we will ship immediately. The dispatch date on pre-order items is approximate and is subject to change, however we will endeavour to meet the dispatch date on the listing.
How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
All pre-order items will be marked at the top of the description with 'PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PRE ORDER ITEM' and will have an estimated dispatch date in the description.
I want to order a non pre-order item and a pre-order item, how does delivery work for these?
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a pre-order, your entire order won't be shipped until everything is in stock. This is important to note. If there are other items you wish to receive right away, please place two separate orders (one for the pre-order item(s) and one for the in stock items(s).
How do I track the shipment of my order?
Tracking will be available on your dispatch email. Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail so can be tracked here.
If you did not receive any delivery emails, please check your junk folder.
What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?
We don't expect this to happen as all orders are quality checked before we sent, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at sales@pyjamily.co.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
