Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully read the size guides before placing any order. 

If you'd like to return your item, simply email us at and we will provide you with the returns address.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. The funds should take no longer than 14 working days to be refunded back in to your account.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item, and postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service. 

If you would like to exchange an item, we will ask you to make a new order for the new size(s) required, and return your item that is no longer required.

Unfortunately, due to our inventory constantly changing, we are unable to process exchanges. However, you can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in the 'Refunds' section.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pyjamily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
